My Personal Story
For as long as I can remember, I struggled with anxiety, self-doubt, and the nagging feeling that I was never quite good enough. Navigating life’s challenges while carrying these emotions can feel overwhelming, and I know firsthand how isolating it can be.
It wasn’t until I reached a breaking point that I realized I needed to make a change. I was scared to let anyone in, fearing that not having it all together made me less worthy. But holding onto that fear was keeping me from the expansive life I knew I was capable of living. So, I began to open up—just a little at first—and found that the more I shared, the less alone I felt. Slowly but surely, things began to change.
Through therapy, community support, creative expression, and leaning into my yoga and meditation practice, I started to rebuild my relationship with myself. I learned to be more gentle, to stop striving for some idealized version of perfection, and to focus on the things that truly make me feel like me. I realized that being critical of myself wasn’t working—in fact, it was holding me back.
I opened up to the possibility that there was another way to live—a life that was more patient, curious, and playful. I leaned into the peace that comes with living aligned with my values rather than chasing external accomplishments. It didn’t happen overnight, but each small step led me to where I am today.

Now, my passion is helping others find their own path to fulfillment and self-connection. I believe that true transformation happens when you feel seen, heard, and supported—when you have a safe space to explore who you are beyond your fears and limitations.

- Guiding You Toward Authentic Alignment: Together, we’ll uncover your core values and purpose. I’ll help you move away from chasing external accomplishments and guide you in making aligned decisions that are true to who you really are.

I know from personal experience how liberating it is to work through these challenges, and I’ll support you in breaking free from what’s been holding you back.

- NBHWC License: I’ve been trained in evidence-based, client-centered coaching rooted in behavioral science and deep listening, so I can support real, sustainable change with care and integrity.
- Registered Yoga & Meditation Teacher: With over 5 years of teaching experience, I incorporate mindfulness and body awareness into our sessions to support holistic healing.
- Corporate Experience as a Product Manager: Having worked in the corporate world, I understand the pressures of balancing a demanding career with personal well-being—so I get it!
- Lifelong Learner: I’m a self-proclaimed neuroscience nerd, always eager to learn more about the mind-body connection to enhance my coaching practice.
Why I Do What I Do
I’ve been where you are—feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward.
