a Notion template to reconnect to yourself and create intentional momentum for the rest of your year.
the cozy, not corporate way to reflect on your last 90 days. a Notion template for gentle self-reflection.
workshops, pop-ups, cozy gatherings, and events I’m hosting or attending. come say hi.
i know you’re busy, tired, and probably feel like you’ve already tried everything. i’ve been there too, which is exactly why i created this workshop.
The Art of Joy is a 2-hour experience built around the science of joy, why it can be so hard to access, and the small, realistic practices that can genuinely make a big difference in your life. joy is a muscle. it takes practice. so together, we’ll create the foundations for you to access it in your own life.
and yes, we are actually crafting. like, real arts and crafts. we’ll be making a few hands-on things together, things you’ll actually take home and use in your everyday life to help you build and hold onto more joy. if you love making things with your hands, this one is for you.
you’ll walk away with a better understanding of how to cultivate more joy in your life, a little collection of handmade tools you created yourself, and some joyful movement to top it all off!!!
the movement portion is a no-choreo, no-performance, no-judgment experience (think dance partyyy at a sleepover) with the one and only Madison Hackel! Madison is an experienced dance and pilates instructor who is passionate about helping you work with your body instead of against it. if this is a little out of your comfort zone, trust that we’ve got you, and i promiseee you will leave with the biggest smile on your face.
a little price transparency: it’s important to me that you know what your ticket is going towards. this covers the venue fee for our beautiful space, crafting supplies and materials (everything you make, you take home!), snacks and drinks, and our movement facilitator. every dollar goes directly into making this afternoon a special experience.
if cost is a barrier, please reach out to me at jacey@jaceyadler.co so we can hopefully make it work.
each and every one of you are the best part of what i do. every time i read your comments or answer a message, i always wish we were all together, and now we can be for the very first time. i know you will leave with new friends, because so many of us are navigating such similar things, and there is something really special that happens when you’re surrounded by people who just get it.
this is truly my dream way to spend a saturday. i can’t wait to see you all.
cozy vlogs, homebody hours, and longer videos to settle in with.
